Billing Transparency: Assets vs. Management
To keep our management fee predictable, physical assets and utility costs are billed as separate line items at cost:
Starlink Connectivity: We manage the connection; the monthly service fee and satellite hardware are billed separately.
Voice Utility: We manage the Teams Phone system; the monthly calling plan/minutes are billed separately.
Physical Hardware: Laptops, desktops, printers, and desk phones are procured by us and billed to the client.
Third-Party SaaS: Specialized software outside the Microsoft ecosystem (e.g., Adobe, CRM) is billed separately.
